Well known for their mulberry and passion fruit products in Taiwan, Chen Jiah Juang uses fruits that are grown in their own farm to produce their juices, vinegars & jams.
The fruits in their farm are grown without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
After harvesting, all the fruits go through a deseeding process to remove the seeds, leaving only the pulp and juice.No aritcifical flavors, colorings and preservatives are added into the products to retain its natural taste.
Chen Jiah Juang’s vinegars are produced very differently as compared to many other fruit vinegars. It has no vinegar added into it, and is produced by fermenting the original fruits.
Hence, it is normal for sediments to occur and the vinegar’s colour will darken naturally.
