Cooperating closely with local organic farmers in and around Tagerwilen, a holistic and fair approach is adapted from the growing to the bottling stage, ensuring that the juices are “Fresh from the field to the bottle“.

The Cycle of Organic Farming
Swiss Organic Farming Ordinance, certified by bio.inspecta AG, CH-BIO-006
bio-inspecta monitors and certifies organic products in accordance with the Swiss Organic Farming Ordinance, EU Organic Farming Legislation and Biot Suisse guidelines.
The company was founded to guarantee neutral, independent and trustworthy monitoring and certification of organic products. Products are never checked and certified by one same person.
Bio Suiasse is the umbrella organisation for Swiss companies operating under ” the Bud label”, and is also the owner of the rwgistered “Bud” label. Some 5500 “Bud” farmers and gardeners, organized in 32 member organisations, have been awarded the Bud label.
Bio Suisse organises and manages the development of the Bud label and organic farming in Switzerland.
The Bud, the brand of Switzerland’s organic farmers and their organic products, guarantees that Bio Suisse guidelines have been followed, and that the entire farm maintains extremely high organic standards – including also upstream and downstream industries.
EU Organic Farming Legislation
As organic farming grew increasingly popular, new legislation was drawn up in 1991 to support the new trend for organic produce. Since 1992, the EU-ECO Regulation has regulated (EC 834/2007) organic farming.
This legislation, which is legally binding for all countries in the European Union, determines the minimum parameters for growing and monitoring organic products.
FSSC (Food Safety System Certification 22000) is a norm for ensuring food safety in the production of foodstuffs. FSSC 22000 is based on an ISO norm and is accredited by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).
ISO certification confirms the consistent alignment of a company’s products and processes to customer requirements, as well as their ongoing improvement in order to further increase quality.
