Naturally fermented and traditionally brewed, this premium vinegar is crafted from high-quality brown rice grown on Chen Jiah Juang’s own farm—cultivated without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. The rice is placed statically in large pottery urns and aged for over a year, allowing deep, mellow flavors to develop through time-honored techniques.
Free from glacial acetic acid and blended vinegars, this product is pure and unadulterated. It can be diluted with water (1:10) for drinking, used as a base for infused vinegars, or incorporated into cooking to enhance flavor with a touch of tradition.
As a naturally brewed product, sediment may occur and the vinegar’s color may deepen over time—both signs of its authenticity and artisanal process.

此款優質醋採用陳稼莊自家農場栽種的高品質糙米釀製而成,種植過程不使用農藥、化學肥料或除草劑,確保純淨天然。糙米靜置於大型陶甕中,經過一年以上的熟成,透過傳統工藝醞釀出深沉柔和的風味。
